Hi Peter, any luck here yet? You might want to try a clean install on PDVD 12 and see if it makes a difference.
Hi. Try to right click on the exe file then select "Run as admin".
This is something new. What OS are you using here. Check Event Viewer for logs too.
Hi Buddy,I think this was a known issue. You need to have the latest build number installed. Which one are you currently using?
Nice of these guys to have the program as open source. Anyone tried Golden Videos yet?
Got one like this a month ago too. Nice to see users will be much more aware about this false positive.
Hi Spotter, it's been a while already. Got any luck on this yet? Have you tried PDVD 12 and see if it makes a difference?
That's strange. Can you recall any changes that yu made before you did the re install?
Hi Intrepid_Explorer, any notes about the info asked already?
Graphic card: Geforce 8400 GS (by 256MB graphic RAM)

I guess that's just too low for graphic RAM. Minimum should be 1GB for me at least.
Not really sure on this but what build number are you currently using here?
Maybe the video file is good just that the player doesn't have the correct codec. Try playing it using VLC and see if it makes a difference.
Hi Tammy, it's been few days already. Found any luck on rendering so far?

I never know that a hack could be introduced on a forum but thanks for letting the users including myself know. This would sure save a huge headache.
Just a conclusion here. I think the version might be the main cause. You can probably try trial version PDVD 12 and see if it will play MKVs.
This is something new. Any notes or at least steps please on how to check or correct this?
Hi Tatman, it's been few days already. Found any luck on this video yet?
Quick question, it is mentioned above that we must have the latest media player. Is VLC an option here too?
It's possible that those maybe corrupted audio files. AAC worked fine here even with a trial version.
Check the monitor settings too. Sometimes it's set to automatic.
Looks like an ongoing issue here. Something should be on that certain BD that's causing this problem.
