I guess that's just too low for graphic RAM. Minimum should be 1GB for me at least.

The hardware requirements depend on what you are trying to play. Look at the requirements here:

You said that the Ultra did not work but then you said that Power DVD 12 (Standard ?) did work OK. Please explain.

Have you updated the driver for your video card? Seaarch for an use the 301 drivers; the 306 drivers may give you problems. I don't know if the problem with that driver has been fixed.

Are you sure there is no issue with the animation video? What format is it, how long is it? Will it play in Windows media player or the free VLC video player? Once the player hung, it did not know what to do so it probably shut down just in case.

You can configure where you want to save the image. Use the help question mark to get help if you don't want the default. The default is to the Windows clip board. You can paste the captured image to for instance a image editing program, an e-mail, etc. I just tried it and it worked. .

The animation format is MKV. 1:42:33 (h:min:sec) is movie's time long. Yes, play on WMP or VLC.

Upload a short section (10-15 seconds) of that video so we can try it. As you know mkv is a container so the video and the audio can be different. Do you know what the video and audio streams are? If not, try downloading and running "Media Info"; it will give you that information.

As an alternate, download this video and try it on your computer. I have and it plays with no issues.

I did try a different video that was a Vorbus audio and that audio did not play correctly b ut the video did.

If you have problems download the video, go here, right click on the link and select save link as.

I had no problems with either the video or audio of that clip played with PowerDVD 12. I got the English audio.

I'm not sure that I read you last post correctly. Does it play OK for you now?
