No audio and media server error

I had instaled the new patch 2118a , but after that I have no audio at all . Before patching (ver.1905) no problem , all worked fine .
I have Asus Xonar DX in my system and the setings of PowerDVD are the same .
Also , I recived a message from PowerDVD when I first open the player , after patching , that I have to install some Windows Media Player components if I want to use PDVD media server . What components ???? I have Win 7 HP x64 with WMP installed ....
Anyone with same problems ...???

I figure out , that sound is ok when play video files with mp3 sound format , but no sound with files with DTS AC3 AAC etc.
What a hell you are doing with this patches ...... you solve one problem and initiate another 100 ......

no problem here with latest patch and files using the mentioned Audio formats.

can you provide more details about your setup?

It's possible that those maybe corrupted audio files. AAC worked fine here even with a trial version.

OK ... back to normal again .... I reinstall the initial software (1421 ver.) and then I install the latest patch (211 and VOILA ... everything is normal ... I don't know what happend at the first time , when I have no audio ...
