Quote Hello,

I am trying the free version but do not see the option for MS Teams

Not sure exactly what that means, but all the supported programs are shown in your screenshot.

Dave
Where are you trying to change the resolution? You mean the "capture resolution" in Youcam's settings?

Dave
I believe it is the same as PowerDirector 365, which is you can install it on more than one PC, but can only run it on one of them at a time.

Dave
Yes, you can do this in Power2Go 13. Just select "No Menu" in menu preferences before burning the disc. See attached photo.

Dave
I think you mean rotate the live image 90 degrees. No, you can't do that on a live image, just on screenshots captured. The flip feature lets you flip the live image horizontally by clicking on the webcam image and dragging left or right.

Maybe there is a setting in your webcam or its driver to rotate the image.

Dave
Hi,

Yes, uninstall Power2Go 13 trial first. It will actually uinstall ISO viewer and the gadget. For the other two, it is ok to leave them installed. When you install 13 Ultra, it will ask you if you want to uninstall them anyway.

You installed 1_CyberLink_Power2Go13_Platinum_P2G190705-01.exe first, and then you can install both content packs. I guess they gave you an extra one, so it's a bonus.

Quote hi all,

I wonder if I can use foreign-language fonts in PD? In other words, when creating a title with PD, can I switch to, say, the Vietnamese keys and keyboard so that I can type Viet fonts? Thanks a lot,

Powerdirector is developed in Asia, so for sure works with Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. Best idea is to download the trial version and try typing Vietnamese yourself:

Dave
Is it possible that your PC running PowerDVD is protected by a firewall or other virus protection software? Maybe it is being blocked if this is the case.

If it is not that, then suggest you ask cyberlink customer support.

Dave
You need to contact Cyberlink customer support to get a new download link:

Dave
My bad. Top right. Look at the help link I sent you for more info.

How do I bring it back? If not is there a keyboard shortcut/hotkey I could implement to access it? I couldn't find this either.!

The hotkey for the subtitle room is F12.

Hi,

Some features are hidden by default, but you can easily enable them in UI settings:

https://help.cyberlink.com/stat/help/powerdvd/20/pc-mode/enu/12_01_00_ui_customization_pref.html

Go to the Media Panel tab. Devices are at the bottom.

Dave

As I said above, the tab is in UI settings, which means you need to click on the settings button after opening PowerDVD. The gear icon near the top left.

Dave
MP4 recording is the only format available when the capture resolution is HD or above. If you want to record in the other formats, you need to change the resolution to 480p or below.

As for the lagging, it sounds like your computer is running out of resources. Turn off TrueTheatre, skin smoothener, or any other enhancements you may have enabled.

Dave
Quote I have purchased Power DVD 20 Ultra. To sync mobile with laptop as remote, requires PowerDVD button in the devices tab.
But there is no devices tab showing. Have check ed all other tabs but no where does it state devices. So unable to use mobile as remote.

No software is allowed to cast/stream a Blu-ray disc because of the content protection in the disc from the movie studios. You'll have to connect your computer to your TV directly if you want to play it.

Dave
Then sounds like it is a problem with the Dell app. Why not use the mobile version of Powerplayer to cast to the PC version of Powerplayer. They are designed to work together:

Dave
Where did you buy PowerDVD 14, I don't see it available anywhere?

Dave
Power player definitely supports 3GPP files. You are using this Dell app to do the casting?

Dave
It's hard to help when you didn't submit the requested information so we can fully understand your setup:

https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/77504.page#post_box_317220

It could be the original video clips have errors in them, or your disc drive firmware needs to be updated. Try using Handbrake to convert some of the files, and burn the discs at the slowest burn rate in the meantime.

Dave
This is covered in many places in this forum if you do a search. You can't activate the trial/free version. You need to uninstall it and then install the full version sent to you when you purchased your licenses.

Dave
It looks like it's working for me. Just make sure the playlist only contains video files. If not working for you, best to contact CL customer service.
