It looks like it's working for me. Just make sure the playlist only contains video files. If not working for you, best to contact CL customer service.

Try turning off TrueTheater enhancement feature, especially lighting.

Dave
Why not see for yourself by downloading the free essential version:

https://www.cyberlink.com/downloads/trials/power2go-platinum/download_en_US.html

All the features are available for free for 30 days, except for certain premium file support.

Dave
Hi Simon,

This happens when Youtube updates its API, so an update is needed. You didn't mention which version of PowerDVD you were running, but there was a patch update released last month:

https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/83431.page

Do you have "Check for product update information" enabled in General settings? A good idea to ensure you are notified about the latest patch updates.

Dave
If you go back to where you were adding your files to the disc, there is a dropdown on the middle right. There you must have selected the image recorder to create a disc image, instead of burn a disc. Try going back and checking.

If the image recorder is the only option available, then it could be you are right that Power2go doesn't recognize your drive after the update. If that's the case thene it's best to contact techical support, since probably a new issue:

Youcam RX is a version that only came preinstalled on some laptops, it was never for sale on the cyberlink store. FYI, if you bought Youcam on the cyberlin store, you can return it before 30 days.

If you want to replace your background during a live chat, then you need Perfectcam.

With respect, please answer if you know the answer... not, "have you tried switching it off and on again?"

If that is your attitude on a user forum where troubleshooting is the norm, then your best bet is to just contact cyberlink's customer support:

Quote Hi,
Is it possible to convert captured video files of AVI-size to suitable formats? Then what is the best setting? MP4 or Mov

Now when working with AVI then the material is ok in the Media Library but when it is place on the timeline and then the edit is started the picture dissappers but the audio is OK.
I have PD 16.

Yeah, you can, but not in PowerDVD. You'll need to use a free converter like HandBrake. MP4 is the best format because it seems to work with most media players.

Dave
I don't get the same results as you with YouCam, as mine works fine at 720. Best bet is to contact cyberlink technical support and have them figure out what is happening:

https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/service/technical-support.do

Dave
Yeah, PerfectCam can. Just check out the specs here:

https://www.cyberlink.com/products/perfectcam/specs_en_US.html

You should download the trial first to see how it works for you though.

Dave
No you can't do that in YouCam, but maybe contact cyberlink and request it in the next version?

Dave
4K burning is not available, as there is no official Ultra HD Blu-ray burning spec for it. You'll have to use the dodgy software from companies like the one you mentioned to do it.

Dave
You need to re-download the Youcam software from Cyberlink by contacting them. There is an faq question that covers this here for Powerdvd, but it's the same for Youcam:

https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/82058.page#post_box_337772

You can also ask them any other questions you may have.

Dave
Have you installed the latest patch update for PowerDVD? It was released last week and one fix is for cover art:

https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/83431.page

Dave
It is working for me in version 20. Is CD playback working normally for you?

Dave
Not within the Power2Go UI itself. Is there a Windows 10 settings that would do this for you?

Dave
I don't think there is a 64-bit version of Power2Go. Mine is also using 32-bit.

Dave
Without providing all of the requested information (https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/79023.page) it's kind of hard to help ya. Best bet is to wait for cyberlink customer support to respond.

Dave
You didn't provide any of the requested information, so kind of hard to tell what is going on. PowerDVD versions don't expire, except for the Essential or trial versions.

So please let us know which exact edition you are using and your DXDiag file for good measure:

Quote Good day!
During playback ts-files navigation doesn't work and the player freezes.

PS: After installing the program compatibility mode with Windows 8, navigation through the video file began to work normally. The player doesn't freeze.

So it was a Windows issue that was fixed? Well that's good. Hope this thread can help others.

Dave
Hi,

This error usually happens because a driver or firmware needs to be updated. It has little to do with Power2Go, but rather with Windows or your devices.

Try updating your graphics card drivers, and also your drive firmware. You can see this post for more info:
