Power Player shuffle does not work

I recently purchased PowerPlayer and really like it. I use the player for playing my 1,000's of music videos. My only complaint is when I put on the shuffle feature it does not work, very frustrating when you want to mix up the playlist. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix this? Thank you, Mike

It looks like it's working for me. Just make sure the playlist only contains video files. If not working for you, best to contact CL customer service.
