I have tried many times using the SVRT but NEVER abel toactually find a way to make this work. The video I am trying to edit and use SVRT is a MP4 format, Bitrate:3.00Mbps resolution 1920x1030 bit rate 30 fps. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Am I using a format that will not work and I do not have MPEG-4 list in the big blocks under file format. It is listed under H.264 AVC and H.265 HEVC.
PD13, Produce Profile bitrate MP4 smaller 6Kbps.
For SVRT This will not activate for this video with 3 kbps ..
It is possible to create a profile by editing the INI file of personal profiles.
