Using SVRT

I have tried many times using the SVRT but NEVER abel toactually find a way to make this work. The video I am trying to edit and use SVRT is a MP4 format, Bitrate:3.00Mbps resolution 1920x1030 bit rate 30 fps. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Am I using a format that will not work and I do not have MPEG-4 list in the big blocks under file format. It is listed under H.264 AVC and H.265 HEVC.

What do you expect to gain using SVRT? Do you have no or few edits or have you added titles, transitions, additional music etc?

Where did you get a video with a bit rate of 3 or 30 (according to what you posted)? 1920 by 1030 (1080?) is also a bit off the norm.

Perhaps some proof reading of your post before posting wight be a help to readers.

PD13, Produce Profile bitrate MP4 smaller 6Kbps.

For SVRT This will not activate for this video with 3 kbps ..

It is possible to create a profile by editing the INI file of personal profiles.

But I'm not sure whether to enable SVRT. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
