You did not state if the movie is a commercial copy copied or ripped from a disc. It may still have copy protection. You may be able to fix it by using a free video converter. You should then be able to use it in PD20 and edit it.

I used mediainfo on the video files. My Bad. Your second video file is in the hevc format and closely matches the one posted by optodata for bitrate. Also do not see the problems with the transitions.
If the problem is with the video drivers then maybe a clean install of the video driver may help on optodata’s pc.
EDIT: optodata posted while I was still typing.

The above produced mp4 video is acv instead of hevc or h.265 encoding. Maybe a clean install of the studio driver may make a difference. I never had to do this on my systems yet.

Windows 11 has the free video editors like Clipchamp and Photos. There are tons of free video editors that you can use. You could produce those files to a different format and use the current CyberLink Power2Go to create your video DVD from those produced files which is free to use for 30 days.

My PD365 is version 21.1.24.010 which is the latest for a few months now. Using the initial nvidia 528.02 and the now updated 528.24 geforce driver show no such problem on transitions when produced to avc or hevc.
Using hevc 1080p (11Mbps) default settings.I do notice that the bitrate is lower with the latest geforce drivers compared to that attached file from optodata. More than likely CyberLink support response may state to update the video driver. Have not tried the studio drivers yet.

The retail version of PD12 is not compatible with Windows 10. The device manufacturer has a patch to make it fully compatible. Have you installed it? See this link for details: https://www.dmmdownload.com/downloads/CURRENT/PVR/VC500%20Trouble%20Shooting.pdf .

Don’t have the new GoPro11. You can attach a short 5-10 sec. 8:7 AR video for users here to test and recommend a setting. The 1:1 AR setting is close.

You did not say what is the size and the resolution of your monitor that you are using, like is it a 2k, 2.7k, or 4k, 5k, 1920 x 1080, 3840 x 2160, etc. and the aspect ratio of it.
Try this: Go to windows settings/System/Display resolution and see what is recommended. Make a note of it. Change it to 1280 x 720 or lower and click Apply. The menu text should be larger unless you are using a lower resolution monitor.
|
|
Try this: Windows Settings/System/Display/Scale/Text size - Move the slider to the right to increase the size of the text to your liking.
Using Windows 11.

I have never seen this issue in your attached screenshot and cannot duplicate it. No one else in this forum has responded. You need to contact Cyberlink Support and reference this thread so that they can see the screenshot. The solution may be a setting where they can advise on how to make those hidden tracks visible again.

Where can i download different presets for videos? I thought they were on the Directorzone page, but it looks like theyre just for Colordirector and Photodirector.
You have to do it inside PD21/365. Go to the fx room/Color Preset/Download Presets/Click the Free Download button.

The panning rule of 7 seconds to show an object from left to right side of the screen has been violated. There are not enough frames to produce a smooth pan without frame creations. The video speed in PD21 allows the interpolation technology to work if correctly checked and applied In two steps in my tests. Just tried it in pal 25 fps. This thread shows how to do it in the earlier versions of PD: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/85042.page . optodata solution worked.

There is the scroll bar that appears and the arrow heads to scroll up and down the timeline tracks on the extreme right if I placed extra tracks on the timeline and need to access them.
表示されるスクロールバーがあり、タイムラインに追加のトラックを配置してアクセスする必要がある場合、右端のタイムライントラックを上下にスクロールするための矢印が表示されます。

Sony BD reader, accepts Pen drive, NTFS and FAT32
Old Sony 3D TV, only accepts FAT32
TV BOX H96 supports FAT32, NTFS
In the tests with CrystalDiskMark 8.0 the ex.FAT had the best performance, but it has compatibility problem.
This is good that you have your test results. This may allow your Sony BD player to play stored AVCHD Folders placed or stored on that pen drive without having to be placed on a disc. I do this all the time.

I am trying to fade the edges of my picture to transparant. Please help
Try this: Import the image. Go to Layers. Select Area Tool. Choose the Ellipse selection tool. Set the Feather to maybe 100 px to start. Draw the circular area to have the transparent vignette. Operation: Invert selection. Delete selection. Export as a png file. Using PhD10.

That Power2Go8 is 10 years old and the latest updates is build 2126b according to this software update page if you pursue it: https://www.cyberlink.com/support/index.html . It does not match what you have so you should try to update it unless you got the free oem or giveaway version that has limitations.
Imgburn, the software I am using, was created before BDXL or M-Disc were popular. I would suggest that you obtain or purchase the full version, not limited versions of other available software to burn these discs so you have a better chance of being successful on these expensive discs.
According to this site, Windows 10 was released in 2015: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_(original_release) . That Power2Go8 was released in 2012 so it is not compatible with Windows 10.

I see illegal requests and read errors on occasion when using imgburn when using one of my external ssd disconnects and reconnects periodically for no apparent reason. When burning from this particle one, I now copy all the relevant files to an internal drive temporarily for burning to avoid making more coasters..

In the past most people used a powered add on black box stabilizer to fix the sync to allow copying tapes.
|

Is there a page file set and is the size sufficiently set so it will not use up all the ram?

I have not seen any problem in doing Sync by Audio using my camcorder m2ts files with dd5.1 audio and with another camera using pcm audio in PD20/21/365. See the screenshot and the file extension of the two files synced by audio. Don’t have any recorded m4a (mp4 audio) files to try. My Preferences/General /Audio is set to stereo since there is no ac3 5.1 decoding in the newer versions of PD. The m2ts file mediainfo does not indicate any reason for it not to sync on my pc. You may want to check the Preferences of the audio settings as I found that 5.1 surround settings cause problems with compressed mp3 audio. As pointed out by optodata, sharing short samples of an m2ts and a m4a recorded simultaneously can be checked out on other user’s pc.

Please look at the enclosed video clip
You sure don’t make it easy for users to provide the solution to the unwanted unstable movements of the toddler by combining the text with the toddler in the produced green screen. Ideally that camera recording should have been on a tripod instead of being hand held.
Needed these steps to produce a stable moving toddler to be able to be held in the hands of a young woman while steadily skating. See the attached screenshot recording for details.
- The original QUESTION.mp4 is placed on the timeline on the far left. Tools/Crop/Zoom Pan Tool is used to enlarge and recenter the toddler to eliminate that added text. PiP Designer/Chroma Key is used to remove the green screen background. Produce the clip1.
- That Produced clip is placed to the right and back on the timeline. Fix/ Enhance/Video Stabilizer is used at default settings to eliminate the unwanted up/down and left/right movements. Only the toddler's natural movements remain. Produced the clip2.
- The sample Skateboard01.mp4 video clip is placed on track 1. The Produced clip2 is placed on track2 below the sample video clip. Use PiP Designer/Chroma key on clip2 to remove the black background around the toddler and to resize the toddler to be smaller than the woman so she can hold him while skating steadily. This final clip3 can be produced now.
had tried this earlier today but did not have the time to post it before the PDM responded. You can also do it other ways like the PDM suggestion with motion tracking and keyframing if desired. Let us know how well you were able to accomplish this. I am using PD365.
