Try this: Windows Settings/System/Display/Scale/Text size - Move the slider to the right to increase the size of the text to your liking.
Using Windows 11.

i was looking for increasing the font size of the
words within PD menus
not all of Windows 11
I changed Windows 11 to as big as I could stand it
and PD 19 is still near microscopic.

You did not say what is the size and the resolution of your monitor that you are using, like is it a 2k, 2.7k, or 4k, 5k, 1920 x 1080, 3840 x 2160, etc. and the aspect ratio of it.
Try this: Go to windows settings/System/Display resolution and see what is recommended. Make a note of it. Change it to 1280 x 720 or lower and click Apply. The menu text should be larger unless you are using a lower resolution monitor.

I set it to that.
(Previously was at 1366 x 768 on a 27 inh monitor)
PD19 still had small fonts.
