Hey Dafydd - Grt thoughts and ideas shared by you. Appriciated !!

Fred - I am not questioning your credibility here. I know all contributors are best in their fields and they doing good job. Here we are discussing the point of real time engagement is better than traditional email system, wherein user has to wait for longer period of time.

If cyberlink could have like chat support, like the way other multimedia companies have, then definitely this will increase cyberlink's brand value and help in increasing customer base, as live engagement always create faith and confidence in customer towards company.

From user's point of view, whenever I go to any website, I always prefer like chat, as I get instant answer to my question. Like once I bought Adobe's product and I was facing some activation issue. I went to the website and do liveChat and you don't believe it my issue get resolved in less than 5 min, which I really appreciate that..

I believe Live engagement (via LiveChat or call) is always better than any other channel of support
Jerry - I understand your point of view and I truly agreed by Fred that live engagement resolves all that mess and that's how a user can benefited with this.

most of the companies are doing live chat, they might definitely get benefitted (customer satisfaction and business growth)

at the end as a user I (& most of the users like me ) would be happy, if there is a live chat support what would you say
.

For me, no matter where the support staff is from (any part of the world), however, it should be helpful, courteous enough while supporting.

Till date, I had a great experience with support.
Hey tony -

Happy New year to you too....

I believe Tech support is available during CNY

Cheers !!
contact Cyberlink tecnical support
I suggest you to contact CyberLink Technical support to get this resolve ASAP.
Yes, Carl is absolutely correct.

You can share the email copy with Tech support in which you had received the PowerDirector software. They will consider as a proof of purchase.
CyberLink PowerDirector 9 Ultra

Visit : http://www.cyberlink.com/products/powerdirector/overview_en_US.html

You can download and install 30 day trial version before purchasing.
Setting of correct size in Virtual Memory settings is always benifitial.

The recommended minimum size of Virtual memory is the same as 1.5 times the RAM on your computer, and 3 times that figure for the maximum size.

For example, if you have 256 MB of RAM, the minimum size is 384 MB, and the maximum size is 1152 MB.
PowerDVD 11 requires online activation. when you install the software it requires CyberLink server to authenticate your CD-Key.

Also, I believe PDVD 9 is compatible with latest OS i.e. Win 7 and I don't think that this will give you any challenge while installing.
As you have purchased an upgrade to PDVD 11, if you go to your membership zone and looking to purchase a CD, then you can only purchase CD for "Upgrade to PowerDVD 11".

If you want to purchase a full version of PDVD 11, then you need to buy a fresh copy.

I suggest you to burn both your PDVD 9 and 'upgrade to 11' on CD, so that you can use the same for future purchase.

Rest, I suggest you to confirm the same from tech support.
First : Magic motion only works with Photos (like jpeg...)

Second: You can change the position of the zoom under motion designer and you can see the changes in the small window on the left (within the motion designer).
As i said earlier the best option is PPM to avoid any further mess.
We are looking for a robust application.
I think Robert's option is much appropriate and easy to follow.
did you purchase the software from CyberLink website. If Yes you can provide your order number or email address using which you can purchase the software. In this way they can help you better and faster
Could you provide your system log file for further analysis.
