When I receive a reply to a message that I posted in this forum, I get an email notification like this, "no-reply@vipmail.cyberlink.com" but when I get a reply to a message that I post to CyberLink PowerDirector V 9, Support, I never get an email notification. They answere my post but I never get an email notification. I don't have them blocked or filtered yet I never get an email notification and they say that they always send one. I have checked with ATT Yahoo and they say that I don't have anything blocked or filtered so the problem must be with CyberLink Support. Support says that they always send one and that others receive their notification so the problem isn't on their end. I get email replies from everybody else and I can send myself an email and respond to it with no problem. WHAT THE HAY IS GOING ON?!!!!!! I've never eaten a "smore" and I never will.

I do not know what is going on, but a question, did you ever click the do not send notices on a email for a post on PD 9?

The other thing to check is your profile, be sure you have the send email notices checked.

Maybe uncheck send notices, save the profile, then re-open your profile and check the send notices.

A sort of reset.
