This product has given me way more problems than I need. I want a refund. What are the steps to get one? I already went to that request a refund thing at http://www.cyberlink.com/prog/support/cs/purchase-faq-content.do?id=12337, they sent me an email with all my info in it, but at the top they said :

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we are unable to

No, Im doing everything those links say. I redid it, but now its saying my order number is invald. SO now I have to use my email address.
