Hi,

I have an issue with 4K BD playback. It complains about SGX. Details for support in ticket CS002235909.

Everything is according to FAQ etc.:

  • SGX enabled in BIOS and 128 MB allocated memory PRMRR.

  • HDMI plugged into mobo, CPU I7 10700K. Windows 10 2004. PDVD 19. SGX drivers installed, newest. Tried PDVD bundled ones, no luck.

Everything should be in order.

Without providing all of the requested information (https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/79023.page) it's kind of hard to help ya. Best bet is to wait for cyberlink customer support to respond.

Hi,

I have just written to Cyberlink support all and attached dxdiag etc. But ok, I attached here also.

Basicly:

I7 10700K, MSI MPG 490 Gaming Plus, 16 GB 3600 MHz DDR4, Windows 10 2004, Verbatim 4K Blu Ray drive, 4K TV as monitor with HDCP 2.2 etc.

I get only one error, which is that SGX error. In BIOS I DO have set SGX Enabled, not the default SW defined. Everything shows ok in Windows also, like SGX activator.

When I try to play 4K blu ray, I swap HDMI from RTX 2080 Super to mobo HDMI. The cable is HDMI 2.0.
