Try the fx color preset Dreamy and the color LUTS Color Pop 01 - 12, Color Tone 01 - 12. Amount of correction is adjustable from 0 to 100%.
More bad news for PD20/365 users. I was going to suggest that Matt use the free NewBlue Effects Giveaways I posted last year. They show up for use in PD17 and PD Essentials and can be used in both. After getting the subscription, they no longer show up in the PD365 but still show up and are usable in PD17.
I just went through this with the Boris fx missing with CS.

The drone footage won’t import in PD365 but I find that it will import in the older PD17. See the screenshot. It can be edited: Did a split, Made a color correction of the left portion. I believe that you want to use a LUT on that cine footage.
Tried this as I recall that a user was able to edit 10 bit footage in PD12 possibly by using a HDR TV or HDR monitor. Newer versions of PD may be able to import and convert some 10 bit footage in the PD20/365 spec. Video File Import section page.
Jeff’s recommendation will work every time to convert and import that drone footage for sure. I would go with that.

There is good news. You may want to upgrade to the PD365 DS or buy the NewBlue Essentials 5 Vol3. NB offers a money back guarantee if it doesn’t work as I am told in the other forums.

I know other users purchased other NB packs and are given the same hotfix.

I have received a response from CS. They recommend an uninstall of the PD7 Suite and reinstall manually or by the Application manager. There are 12 items so I choose to uninstal PD17 and reinstall only that manually. Patched it to the latest version so I can then open recent files. The Boris plugins have been restored as mentioned by optodata earlier. I would hate to update PD365 if I had to do this again and again.

Ricky Bobby - Try this: Go to Preferences/File/Export to: and post the full file path. Go to Preferences/Project/Browse and post the full file path. We can see if the path is in a volatile location.

Last time I used this was in late 2019. I fired it up to try and capture some more Mini DV tapes. Recognizes the camera, and I can play the tape and see it on PD 18. When I try to auto batch capture it plays about 50 seconds of the tape in the initial scan. then stops. Doesn't capture anything. I hit start again and again it does around 50 seconds. I have changed tapes, changed output folders on my system...no joy. I have a terabyte of disk space so that isn't the issue. Ideas? Thanks!
I should add that I am on Windows 11.
There was no Windows 11 back in 2019. You may be using the legacy driver with win 10 back then. Go to Device Manager and update that driver. There is a new one for win 11. It may work.

I installed the full version of PD365 on 2/18/2022. I also have the PD17 Ultimate Suite installed previously. See this FAQ: https://www.cyberlink.com/support/faq-content.do?id=23375 . The BorisFX Lights and BorisFX Image Restoration which includes the BCC Beauty Studio have disappeared in my PD17 Suite after installing PD365. Only the BorisFX Film Style and BorisFX Stylize remain as in this FAQ for PD365: https://www.cyberlink.com/support/faq-content.do?id=26472 .
The installation of these versions are in separate folders as PowerDirector17 and PowerDirector20 respectively. Did not expect one version to remove components in another version. I have contacted Cyberlink Support with ticket ID: CS002513487 to clarify why this happened and what needs to be done.

That function is in the NB Giveaway I posted last year when PD20/365 came out. It crashed PD but worked in Davinci Resolve as in the NB advertising. Posted the review on both the NB and the BCC Beauty Studio on YouTube.
I was going to recommend the BCC Beauty studio and discovered after reading your post that installing PD365 removed my installation of the BCC three years ago.
This is unacceptable.
The next time I need to do skin softening I will have to use a different video editor or remove PD365 permanently and reinstall the BCC module to use with my previous versions of PD. It looks like no skin softening solution is allowed with PD365.

The supplied raw 1080/60p clip was produced at 1080/30p as shown in the screenshot taken on my android phone while previewing on the timeline before reaching the overlay sticker. No artifact is seen along the bottom when magnified.
The produced video shows no artifacts along the bottom when viewed as the case of the two from optodata. Cyberlink support should be able to help.

Thanks for the clip. It is produced with the artifact shown at the bottom of the video. I guess I should have said a raw original video clip from the Samsung is needed for users to test.

Looking up this issue I see zero people with this problem.
Producing Blank projects may be a problem with the free version. Try placing some clips on the timeline first

Can you please attach say a recorded 5 to 10 sec. Sample video clip at the resolution and frame rate that has this artifact showing at the bottom on your next reply for users to test.

Let us know which nVidia driver that you are talking about. You may be better off installing the May 2016 driver release to get you going. You may want to upgrade to PD365 so that you can use the latest nvidia video driver.

The rendering time also depends on the bitrate. On AVC h.264 doubling and tripling the bitrate on cuts only type editing and rendering time can be cut in half. It is still faster if the Profile analyzer/SVRT can be used.

Your contacting the Cyberlink support is probably the best thing going. You need to do a search on the internet for other user group help that may help. One user had stated that he downloads and installs every add-on pack available and never sees any slowdown in accessing them in PD365 in his system. He writes the PD tutorials every week.
If the slow title problem started with the 2829 release then why not go back to the previous version that I am using. Here is a link: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/96950. Like you I find that my previous reported problems to Support took almost a year to fix.

It does seem that other overlays such as plugins/blending effect and Tools/blending effect in the previous versions of PD have been combined in the fx libraries if you decide to select All contents. If you still have a previous version of PD then use the same rules for using the same effects. Just avoid the All contests selection in the PD365 library if you like. It can be confusing for newer users.

I just uploaded a YT #shorts the other day manually using a browser. Follow the YT #shorts rule of say 16 to 59 seconds duration and it can be uploaded to YT. No need to download the YT #shorts app at all. Made sure that I included <space> #shorts at the end of the video title. It has thousands of views now.

That to me would point to a video driver issue. Try disabling hardware decoding in preferences so the screen gets refreshed for each change you make. This may help with your other preview issues. Change the preview settings to high if you have not done so yet.
I have never used render preview except when multi track full hd preview of a small area is required in the past. It is absolutely unnecessary to me for my needs.
