Pack Project and materials, save all this on the PD timeline.
Videos, audio and all purposes, depending on the project folder is large.
If you have used in your project files (videos) that is present in desktop will be copied as well.

Here Patch 2907.1 solved the problem, delay in loading project.

It depends on the power of your PC, especially if your project has many effects on lines of time viewing the preview can make leaps or minor hiccups, however after producing in video file or create your DVD should play normal.
Save your DVD in a folder to test before burning the disc.

When editing in WaveEditor or AudioDirector from PD13, it creates a new audio file, so it can not be undone to editing.
On the timeline PD, audio this video unbound and can be edited again and will be added to the previous edition.
To return to the original audio use the Undo button immediately after the event [you can rewind up to 50 times (default), before saving or upgrade project] or add video or audio original, again the timeline.
It will be too much work, use AutoSave Project can be useful.

This is BUG of PD. if you need to edit the clip that is divided, with right click and choose unlink audio / video, so the editing tools can be used.
The update PD13 v2907.1 "maybe" corrected this error, but this will not work for projects saved with error.

One suggestion to use Syn By Audio tool.
Select the various videos in each track, Syn By Audio button will synchronize the video vertically, then make cuts to your liking.
Note: The audio of all videos should be good to facilitate timing.

You have to produce every segment, one by one.
I said if SVRT works in practice makes a copy of the selected part, quick process.

Yes use Intelligent SVRT to select a profile that will not render the entire video, only in positions that have a edit.

Some possible causes no audio in Pd13 (settings)
|

PD13 does not remove the default track.
You can add and remove extra tracks.
Dragged the track 2 to track 3, you can remove the track 3 with the contents of the track 2.
Use the UNDO button to redo.

As far as I know there's no way to apply transition to a group of selected photos or videos in the timeline.
It is applied to all joints of photos and videos in every track.

The audio setting is applied to the selected clip.
You can use the MUT to mute the audio video if necessary.
Clicks right on the clip and select MUT.

I tested it with four recent projects 2 small and 2 large, everyone carries slow to 80% expected then goes to 100% and locks, did not expect much because I know this problem here, I returned to v2604 project loads fast.
I have not tried new project yet.

Does PD freeze if you set it to not open the previous project at start-up? 
If it starts cleanly, can you open a recent project with PD running without it getting stuck?
You might need to rename the project PD is trying to open before you can access the Settings menu.
I never activated this option.
I tried to disable, Enable OPEB CL ... also Enable Harware Decoder. (Not resolved)
