CLIPS IN PD TIMELINE HAVE SPLIT IN HALF HORIZONTALLY

I am using PD13 V2907. For some reason, the video clips on the timeline have split horizontally, preventing from doing any further editing on them. I had done some editing on this video in PD12 previously but pulled the file into PD13 since I purchased it. The problem has not happened with a couple of other videos I have been editing - not yet anywaty!Can anyone please tell me why this happened and how to fix it.

Please checkout the latest info on the withdrawn 2907 patch - you may decide to revert to 2604 and will have to abandon your 2907 project.

This is BUG of PD. if you need to edit the clip that is divided, with right click and choose unlink audio / video, so the editing tools can be used.
The update PD13 v2907.1 "maybe" corrected this error, but this will not work for projects saved with error.
