Randon transition is the same in PD13 see image. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

Key words. All videos. It does apply correctly to each video in the timeline. Does not apply to all the pictures. So it does not apply to the entire timeline at one time. Prior to PD 12 You could select all of the time line videos and pics, select add random transitions to time line (not videos). This would add transitions to everything selected on the timeline.

As far as I know there's no way to apply transition to a group of selected photos or videos in the timeline.
It is applied to all joints of photos and videos in every track. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

Okay my choice of timeline instead of track was incorrect. It is the track. It does not do transitions to the entire track. I have used PD for many years and many versions. 12 and 13 do not transition the entire track. I purchased 13 hoping fixed. Sadly not.

Maybe I'm missing something here. I've used PDR for a while too &, as far as I know, that "Apply Random/Fading Transitions to all videos" has always functioned in the same way. There have been GUI & feature changes but the basic function is the same.

Are you trying to apply transitions only to a single track? or multiple tracks?

Single tracks. When it changed to videos it stopped doing pictures except for the first one if you started on a pic. It goes to every video on the track and does a transition. skipping the photos. I have made videos for years with PD. This problem started with 12.

Unless I'm completely misunderstanding what you're asking, I think you may be mistaken. As Playsound posted earlier, applying transitions to all "videos" applies them to videos & photos.

Does your PDR 13 behave like this? What's different?
