It looks like the limit is 50GB/1 year. You may have exceeded that so they want more money. I would prefer not to exceed 50 GB in one year to keep the cost low. OneDrive and Google drive also charge more if you exceed the limit at any time.
Look at the supplied screenshot for the new location of the PiP Flip function.

Glad that you confirmed to us that the NBFX annual subscription doesn’t work in PD21. It probably never worked in PD20 either.
Go to Preferences/General and check the box to Show sound waveform in timeline. Let us know if this fixes the issue.
At one time, most consumer video editors did the same thing. You have 30 days to activate the video codecs needed for your needs including that in PD9. That way the company saves money on not paying royalties on codecs that most users will not use. You probably won’t get any support for this as win 7 is no longer supported..
There is no hardware encoder available even for the sample files with Default profiles for h.264 and h.265. The current nvidia driver was updated to the latest 527.37 today to no avail. Created Ticket ID: CS002583629.
Need Help. Using PD365 to edit and produce custom m2ts files to author in PD17. The default is Nvidia nvenc without the Intel QS available. Power down the pc and switch the display to Integrated graphics on the motherboard. No hardware encoder is available whatsoever. Switch back to the nvidia card connection and no hardware encoder is available. Cpu and svrt are the only options available.

These traditional fixes for older versions of PD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zbe_9S4dC3U and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykDEy3qi04Q do not work with PD21/365.

My PD17 works just fine with both hardware encoders, cpu, and svrt.
Reference Post: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/97734.page for PowerDirector 21.0.2123 Released.

My Cyberlink Application Manager show no update for PD365. Still on version 21.0.2214.0.
Place the video clip on track1. Try this: Place the same video clip on track 2 offset by 1 frame to the right. Set the opacity to 50% Disable the audio on track 2. Any still background will be sharp. Any movement in the video will be blurred by 1 frame which is what you want.

Optodata posted a NewBlue plugin that works in PD365 earlier. It works but you have to buy it if you want to keep it after a trial period.
Ctrl+Z means hold down the control key and then hit the z key and release it. It is that way in the PD documentation.
Quote I'd like to sincerely Thank you guys for taking time out of your day to help me out.

In the end, I updated my PowerDirector to the current version and couldn't be happier.

Hopefully, this can serve as a lesson to others in the future that may find themselves in the same predicament.

Update your PowerDirector. It's well worth it!

Thank you. Did you mean that you applied the update for PD12 from the Diamondmm website or did you mean you upgraded or purchased PD21 ??
Edit/Undo or Ctrl+Z is undo on the keyboard. Default is 50 levels of it.
You can select a range on the timeline and produce that portion only. Splits as you suggested makes it easier to locate each of the five portions Sthis in help: https://help.cyberlink.com/stat/help/powerdirector/21/win/enu/19_02_00_producing_range_pro.html?q=range+produce .
See the the PD365 minimum system requirements for AI : https://www.cyberlink.com/products/powerdirector-video-editing-software/specs_en_US.html , OS, cpu and gpu minimum are given here.

If your system meets the minimum requirements, then you may want to contact CyberLink support.
Try this: Go to Preference/Hardware acceleration and uncheck enable hardware decoding. Uncheck the other box too if necessary and click ok.
Try this: Lower the preview quality one notch down. If it is on UHD, go to Full HD, if on Full HD, go to HD, etc. until the auto render stops happening.
Thank you for posting the DxDiag.txt. You have installed the Diamond mm vc500 video capture device. This device works properly for many who are on Windows 10. Have you followed the instructions on troubleshooting on their website? Here is the link: https://www.dmmdownload.com/downloads/CURRENT/PVR/VC500%20Trouble%20Shooting.pdf .

This is a popular capture device that many contributors have and use. There is a fix for the ez grabber crashes. You should download a new fresh copy of PD12 free from their download link and install it. Apply the patch available to make it Win 10 compatible as stated. You can also set windows compatibility mode if needed for win 8. There are many things that you can do as most users are successful in using these software in windows 10.

Obviously, buying and using software made for Windows 10 is better, like your findings for PD21 trial version.
There could be many reasons for the issue. You may not have the Windows mpeg-2 codec not supplied with Windows 10. Get it free here: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/mpeg2-video-extension/9N95Q1ZZPMH4?hl=en-us&gl=us and install it. PD12 is 9 years old, created for Win 7, Vista, and xp. You may have the oem version. Some users have no problem using it and others can update it.
This is something that is very strange as moving a pds file from my PD17 folder to my PD365 folder and/or renaming it does not delete it. Hope that the Cyberlink support can help figure out why it happens on your pc. No other user has reported your exact problem yet. Maybe the update patch or the original installation file was corrupted.
If this is PD365, then highlight a video clip that has been placed on the timeline. Click the Tools button above the ruler and select Motion tracker which is the 7th one down.
I can confirm that two installations are accepted. My pc had a Machine name: Desktop -???????. The m2 boot drive failed and could not be repaired by the Windows 11 pro on a flash drive. Had to install Windows on a brand new m2 drive which then gives it a new different Machine name. I was able to install both PD17 and PD365 on the new m2 drive without ever signing out of it on the failed old m2 drive. Both PD versions worked properly. The NB packs won’t activate on the new m2 drive because I did not deactivate them on the old m2 drive before it failed. Fixed by NB after giving them the key codes to deactivate. I think that this may show that two activations on two different machine names were successful for PowerDirector without having to sign out of one of them. There was no need to contact Cyberlink to deactivate it on the old machine name like I had to do with NB.

I know that others have said on this forum that you have to sign in on PD for the pc you want to edit on. They have said that this then signs you out of PD on the other pc that you are currently not using. My experience with the two different m2 drives tells me that they are right.
Lots of information is shared in the forums from users who pursue to fix issues that may not be in the official documentation. The findings are not usually objected to by CyberLink. This article is the findings of this author who found that one could install in on 3 to 4 computers before you get a warning: https://homestudioexpert.com/can-you-install-powerdirector-on-multiple-computers/ . This is found to work by other users in other forums too. Two should be okay as long as you sign out of the one you are not currently using.
