Can this issue be solved if I backup these two Blu-ray to digital copies before loading into PowerDVD 12?
Is it related to the fact that PowerDVD may not accept win8?
Hi peter7700s, where did you get the disc? Have you considered making a copy of this disc and then play in PowerDVD?
Is it possible that PowerDVD 12 is not compatible with Windows 8.1?
I use other tool to capture picture from Blu-ray movie.
For me, I decided to transcode pcm 5.1 to ac3 5.1 before adding into PowerDVD for playback, therefore I will not encounte the audio playback issue here.
I prefer other media player on my Windows phone. PowerDVD does not work all the time.
What's the movie format? Make sure it is supported by PowerDVD, otherwise, you need transcode the video format before transferring to powerDVD.
What's the audio track the source movie is recorded to?
Is this Blu-ray purchased from local shop? Probably the movie protection is the problem.
Is there some compatible issue with the latest 347.09 driver? Because I have the exact same issue on my computer. Pretty annoying.
Great! Luckily I find this post, I have the same question for my Audio Director too. Will try that.
From what I know is this Blu-ray is protected by some kind of special disc protection, specially its audio part. Maybe you need a Blu-ray converting tool to help with that.
But it did not work at my side after re-boot, should I reinstall powerDVD?
I have the same problem here, and hope somebody else can help with that.
Have you recently updated PowerDVD? I experienced the same problem after running an update. Pretty frustrating.
