Hi,
I found vídeo and audio not sincronized when playing a AVI vídeo (H.264 & MP3) with PDVD 13 on Windows 8.1
Same problem happed when create a movie BD with PowerProducer 6.
How to fix it?

MP3 can be problematic. Convert it to WAV, then check the resut.

Is it related to the fact that PowerDVD may not accept win8?

There should be no problem with PowerDVD on Windows 8. Check into the Power DVD forum.
