I am experiencing the same problem. I had Powerdvd 13 loaded and all my movies were displayed. I updated to Powerdvd 14 and now my movies do not display. I have downloaded the most recent update. I have deleted the movie folder and readded it to Powerdvd 14. The only thing showing is the add movies to the library screen. They all display as videos. Currently installed is PowerDVD 14.0.4704.58. My movies are stored on drive M:\Movies with each movie in its own subfolder. Thus the movie 16 Blocks is stored as m:\Movies\16 Blocks\16 Blocks.m4v I currently have 1785 movies with a total of 4,068 files, including .actor, for a total storage of 2.69 TB. I have a second system with PowerDVD 13 loaded and the drive mapped to M: from my main computer and it displays all the movies under the movie tab. I have gone through the settings and have not discoverd anything different.
If I click on the drive under My Computer they all display with covers and they play.
From the Information tab in Player Settings (Why can't I cut and paste this?)

I am sure it is something simple.
Thanks for taking my question.
