PD sometimes happens inesplicaveis things, I can not guarantee that all packages and effects will work perfectly even because I hardly use.
If not appear effects of any package, it costs you try to reinstall, can resolve.
You can visit the page Cyberlink effect package and check that PD versions it is recommended.

I think there is a misunderstanding here.
I said do not have to install the effects packages again.
New PD. will add everything that had packages + personal effects you had on your PC automatically.
When you buy PD, get 2, 3 or more executables files, normal to install only those.

The effects packages are executable files that you receive as a bonus or purchased.
If you have the file, just take 2 clic on it to install
If you did not save these files I do not know exactly what to do, talves support Cyberlink, or store you bought can help you sending new files.

Effects packages remain on your PC. if you need or want to reinstall all right.
Note that the package is listed in the Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features
PD13 had many problems but, most already been fixed, I had PD12 and PD13 on the same PC until a few days ago.

First think you should upgrade to PD.v13 version that has more innovation, I think is to negotiate it in shopping store.
The uninstallation do not worry, all the effects packets are installed, your personal effects as well.
You can uninstall the 2 etentiales and Premium packages PD11, because PD12 already comes with the same 2 upgraded, check to confirm, may have changed something.

I think it may be that your video MOV is progressively (P) and you are rendering mode for Interlaced (i) it can take a tremulão the image mainly on the PC because the LCD monitor and progressive mode, the TV is but common mode Interlaced many TV's recent works in two modes (p) and (i) as my Sony.
If you create a DVD-Video will be a great loss of quality mainly by reducing the image resolution 1080 is reduced to 480 (NTSC) or 576 (PAL)
Note: PD only makes DVD interlaced mode.

You can add in place of what was not found.
Only need to know this is what PD is asking, it is common PD add files in reverse order.
With so many tests, make a copy of the project file to its security.

The way I do in the case as yours.
When PD shows that there is a file, I click Browse, opens a window with the file name to search for.
Right click on the name to copy, in the left column select the HD or folder that should contain the file (in your case HD, C).
In the search field, top right, right click Paste, click on the magnifying glass.
Found file and select Open button, follows the design load.
For files that this in the same place, PD loads automatically.
Repeat the process for the case of more files not found.

Adding to that Dafydd Bevan - SoftDeko showed.
Judging from the location shown in the displayed message, seems to be a temporary file created on the issue.
If so, should consider that these files are automatically deleted after 30 days, or manually in the PD configurations.
If this is the case, go have to redo your project from the original files.
Only a remote possibility to happen.
To avoid this it is recommended to use the save option, File / Pach Project Materials ...
It saved all this on the timeline + project in one package

Resolved, Master Volume can be adjusted, it is not very practical but serves to what I want.

I saw the video do not understand almost anything English, by the images I saw two errors at the end of the first is relevant second think it was carelessness of the author.
1 - When closed WavEditor the audio on the timeline is updated, no need to add the library copy in the timeline.
2 - When you drag the audio track for the first audio has changed the volume.
Note: You do not need video audio unlink, WavEditor will do this automatically.

When you download effect on DirectorZone note the name and the type of effect (title, pip, particle etc., so after installing you know what to look for in room.
I have many effects installed and sometimes I use the search by name to find but fast.
I have also renamed with a number in front of the name for easy find.
Stressing that BarryTheCrab tell us what effect so we can check on our PC.

PD. has Faforites folder for FX and Transitione, you can also create new (Folder) personal tags for all efects room .
Click the right arrow to the side of the vertical menu effects, to expand open the new menu.

If you uninstalled PD12 use the CLCleaner cleaning tool.

In PD first you do editing, then advances to Produce, there you choose one profile according to the final destination.
Also, you can proceed to Creat Disc case will make a DVD-video or BluRay.
