Power Director 19 I'm still having issues with video starting automatically and going really fast and then freezing up.
Now I have no volume or sound whatsoever.
Is thre a customer service phone number or person that will help me to download a corrected version?
They sent me a link but I don't want to lose any transistions ,effects or projects I am already woking on or have.
I tried to use the download link & it says please unnstall your other version. I try to unistall and another pop up comes up and says i already have that pack?
I love working on my projects but daily there are more isues that are preventing from editing.
Please tell e what to do anyone ut there?

Power Director 19 setings when capturing video from my webcam.
I have it on setting reccomended . But when I go to my timeline it says the project is 4.3 and my setting is 16.9 and they reccomedn I should change it.
How do I change my cam capture setting to be at 16.9?

what is a DXDIg file and hoe do i get it for you?
-Thr clips are filmed from my webcam or mp4 clips already n my computer.
I am dragging clips in the tmeline for editing.
Maybe I put a particle in one spot & then move back up and put a photo in. All of a suden the video starts playing very quickly.
I wasn't even laying the video I was editing the video.
Does power director 19 update automatically or do I need a link to do that?

Power Director 19.
After all video and auldio in my timeline has played the video keeps going even though there is nothing there.
I can't produce the video becasue it will be too long with lots of extra space at t the end.
Does anyone know how to get the timeline makrker to stop at te end of the video?

When editing in powe director 19 .I am moving clips and particles around in the timeline. The video speeds up really fast and audio is muted. There is no way to get out of it but to close it down and reopen it.
But it is still happening.
Do I need to update something?

Is it possible to add audio only from a video while a different video is playing on the timeline?
I want to use audio that is in a video to narrate parts of another video.
But when I add the video to my timeline the original video goes away. Evn though I have it down below in the 3rd track.

How do I make the volume of my musuc lower than the volume of the video.

Some of my videos will not upload to twitter although they are shorter than the required length.
I'm doing everythig the same. Some will load some will not.
What is the perfect setting when rendering videos to make them right for Twitter.

Invert the mask gives me a masked object. It does not gve me a photo without that object in it.
Otherwise i get a big black maksed opbject on the photo.
I want to entirely remove the object out of the background of my photo.
Can I only do this with the photo director or can i do it with power director 19?

I am not trying to remove the entire background. Only trying to remove an unwanted person or object from the background.

In a video you can cut outa building or person in the background.
Can you take a photo and cut out an object that is in the background .Likea building or person etc.
Like you can maska video and remove unwanted things.

Even if it is taking a part of the background like sky etc and copying it and putting it over the object.
I thought I could do it like the masking in video. But it is not working for me.
I end up with 2 photos one with the black mask overlappying the other photo.

I love his tutorials but have not found one on this topic yet.
the rotating I can get. It is putting the rotating jpeg on the particle background .
I do not see an option to apply back ground to the rotating jpeg.

I did this by acident then lost the effect & can't get it back.
I had a .jpg photo spinning in the center of a sparkly particle background.
I don't know what I clciked on that lost the effect.
If anyone can help me to ge ttihs effect, it is much appreciated.
