I have applied a mask effect to a video in my timeline. Now the set duration option no longer allows me to trim it.
How can I get it let me trim the video?

It not only loads int he timeline but aso in the 3rd timeline dow .Only with thse effects.
II tried again with new demo and it worked.
I think my issue is goingback and forth and trying to load effects etc, it freezes up.
I'm going to try again later. But I think once it is not working i can only start over.

Hi community. Thanks for all your help.
I am not able to add such effects as flares or analog film to my videos.
Most of the other effects work fine.
I probablly pushed a wrong button somewhere.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

You have to exit the tool before you can preview the rest of the timeline. Click on the X at the top right of the tool window or simply click on any other clip or blank space on the timeline. The changes you made are already applied.
If I make the color correction to one clip and close it with the x will it be applied to only the one video clip unless I push the apply to all?

How come when I make any changes to a project in order to save it I have to change the name of it?
I can't just click SAVE. I actually have to change the projects name.
Am I doing something wrong?

If i don't hit the apply to all when I play my video back it stops at that oint where the color correction was added & will play no further.

As for applying the effect, it will be applied only to the selected videos, if you click on apply to all it will be so.

When I adjust my lighting the video will then stop playing when it reaches the point where I have done the lighting correction.
All I'm doing is adjusting the controls to correct lighting. Am I supposed to save it somehow before continuing?
Otherwise I have to remove the enhancement to contiune editing the video.
I see the apply to all button. But what if I do not want to apply to all only the one video clip?

I have Power Director 19 Ultimate.
Do I have access to the Video Presets or just the one color correction option?
I was able to download the presets but unable to access them in my color enhancements menus.

Also trying to figure out when animation comes on to the background to make it stay in place without exiting off the screen.

I found a great title
I set it for no animations & no effects.
My title comes in on to the background. It looks great.
But then the title goes away from the background & leaves me witha blank background for like 3 seconds.
How do I make the video end with tht title still in the background.
I cannot find an option to cut the end of the title.
You can shorten it but it only makesa shorter time .The titte still dissapears.

I know how to apply the transistionns. I was looking for the very specific basic trnasistions to use that I can't seem to find. They are probally hidden somewhere.
Again thanks for your help. I am concluding these effects I am looking for do not exist here.
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could download them?
I have the ultra version of power director 19 not the 365.

In my listed transistions there is only one fade.
The other wies are not straightforward.
There is no crossfaade fade up fade down etc.

I am lookig for basic transistions not the abstract or fancy ones.
Fade to black, crossfade, fade up and down
Wipe left and right up and down ,each corner etc.
These you see are most common standard transistions I need.

There are many amazing transistions on power director 19 & available to download.
Does anyone know where I can get more basic transistions comonly used in films?
Such as, Fade in fade out ,fade to black, crossfade, wipe up down left ,for ucorners etc.
Just straight forward with no effect on the transistion & happening moderately quickly.
