Your case has been escalated to the Customer Service Manager and should be rectified soon.
For everyone's information, the customer service center recently changed (company and country). This may have resulted in some case responses being delayed. But that is not an excuse and the Customer Service manager will look into it.
Please back up your software downloads in the future, or consider purchasing PowerDirector Live or extended download service if you computer keeps failing on you. Just a suggestion.

We are aware there has been concern in the news and on the forum recently after it was announced that Apple Inc. has stopped supporting QuickTime for Windows. Some CyberLink products do utilize QuickTime to edit and produce MOV video files that contain the QuickTime codec. In the near future, CyberLink will remove QuickTime from its product installation packages.
In the meantime, users may uninstall QuickTime from their PCs. Please note that doing so will remove the following functionalities:
- Import MOV video files that contain the QuickTime codec.
- Produce MOV video files in PowerDirector.
- Apply SmartSound (PowerDirector).
Please note that MOV files that use the H.264 codec will not be affected by a QuickTime uninstall. If the playback or editing of QuickTime MOV video files is required, QuickTime is still able for download from Apple Inc. website.

Note: the v4616 beta patch is not for users who have PowerDVD 14 installed on a Windows XP system.
1. Resolves the issue that there is no audio output when playing DTS-HD audio in second language track.
2. Resolves the issue that there is no audio output when playing Blu-ray titles with “DTS-HD Master Audio 1.0 (Mono).”
3. Resolves the issue that photos display incorrect EXIF orientation during viewing.
4. Adds support for enabling 3D playback on “3D Vision Ready Monitor” via a DisplayPort connection.
5. Resolves crash issues reported by the CyberLink Issue Reporter.
