I dont like your prodect it takes an act of congress to get anything done with you all. I don't like going throught answering machines I like to talk to a real person to walk me though the activation process I have activation keys that need to be intalled on my PC and Laptop and there is no one to help you thought the process. if you all can't help me a want a refund of the puerchase price of 59.99 for the Power DVD 16. I have 3 activation Prduct Keys and don't have a clue as to how to activate them.

Someone took the time with you when you were learning so why can't you at least have a turtorial on how to activate you product keys for better customer service the reason why I'm upset is because I was a manager and I took care of my customers to the best of my ability and I increased my sales doing it

Remove that information re Activation keys. Someone else may use them and activate the programs. You will then have to prove they are yours.

This is a users group and can't help with your problem.
