Yep just purchased upgrade, and yeh full installer version.

Thanks Jamie for info wasn't going to upgrade.
Juan,

You need the previous version to perform an upgrade.

Did you keep your invoice? if not you could check order status in the members area see if a copy of your invoice is still there chances are pretty slim but you never know. Then contact CS and tell them what happened, hopefully they will give you a download link for your s/w.
Elliot,

It doesn't claim to convert normal Blu ray to 3D, only DVD and video file playback.
P,

I have had 7 & 9 playback Blu ray back perfectly in W7 32bit and 64bit with no need to resort to compatibility modes, 7 was supplied with my LG Blu ray drive.
Loren,

Sorry to hear of your problems, I've had 7.3 working with both Windows 7 32bit & 64bit. I've never had any issues with CS whether for a technical query, or obtaining a refund they can be sometimes be a littler slow they just need prodding. The website is pretty clear about which versions you can upgrade from.

For alternatives there are Corel's and Arcsoft's BR players, though they all have there issues. I've never got the last version of Corel BR+ to work with the RTM release of W7, it did work fine with the RC & beta releases.
MCE plugin comes with PDVD 10 Ultra and works fine in W7 x64.
While I agree with you Matthew, your sound card is an old model, and not exactly high end which doesn't support PAP so the audio will be downgraded.

You should direct your ire at Creative as they write the drivers, they really don't care about customers unless they are embarrassed into writing working drivers. I should know, I have a high end card a X-Fi Fatality well back in the day and it took them forever, loads of complaints and one person who got there drivers working for them.

By the way I also have your card as well.

As far as stuttering playback could be a number of things SATA, Video, or Audio drivers, conflicting codecs, Blu ray drive firmware needs updating, other software conflicts i.e. anti-virus, PowerDVD needs reinstalling etc...
Patch is for PDVD supplied with the LG GGW-H20L and GGC-H20L drives Michael unless your saying otherwise.
I do believe patch 4407 will give you 6CH sound, if you jump straight from initial install to latest patch you'll still be left with 2CH.
You can access you key from the order status page on the members page.
Thomas if you ordered it more than 30 days ago you won't be able to download it, unless you took out EDS at the time of purchase. Otherwise you can download I think upto 5 times from your order status page during the 30 day period.

I'm presuming you've missed out the digital river part of the url.

Edit/

I just noticed your post below, if its more than 30 days and you haven't got EDS than you need to contact customer service.
Sorry Frank only Ultra will play Blu ray, click for here for version comparison
