When I try to upgrade my Cyberlink PowerDVD 7 to PowerDVD 9, I get this message...

The requested URL /wgt/9B5A4FCEF11DA80C/7D558B08C1D3D3501686BE24A7F3920F8E399BBE65FAB8109D304D469D63CC935CA2586E16778805211CEE443CF5248D7FDD353B8769B32F85387C96F7085C1DAEDAA180C53FF810/clinkus/PowerDVD9Ultra_UpgradeFromUltra.exe was not found on this server.

Any reason why I can't download my upgrade? Any help would be appreciated.

Thomas if you ordered it more than 30 days ago you won't be able to download it, unless you took out EDS at the time of purchase. Otherwise you can download I think upto 5 times from your order status page during the 30 day period.

I'm presuming you've missed out the digital river part of the url.

I just noticed your post below, if its more than 30 days and you haven't got EDS than you need to contact customer service.
