I recenly had to reformat my computer after a crash and lost my program. I atempted to redownload it from the members site but that is no longer available. is there anywere i can get my DVD 9 back or can I purchase the upgrade to DVD10 without having DVD 9 instaled

You need the previous version to perform an upgrade.

Did you keep your invoice? if not you could check order status in the members area see if a copy of your invoice is still there chances are pretty slim but you never know. Then contact CS and tell them what happened, hopefully they will give you a download link for your s/w.

I did keep my receipt, but the members section of the website nolonger has has the download available.

Hi, Please someone help me with my PDVD 9ultra. My True theater effects stopped working after update. Now only the True theater lightning works. I cant get the motion or the HD or the true theater stretch to work. I don't understand. I have a phenom 9850 with two 5770ati graphics with video driver 10.7 which is the latest. Please help me. My movies are not going above 24fps it. Thank you!
