Have you tried to check Webupdate? See if that would help you out too.
Few things.

1. Try disabling a third party firewall like norton.
2. What app are you using?
3. Build number that you currently have installed?
What file format is this if I may ask? Try an update on your sound card and see if that would help you out.

I'm surprised why xvid is not on the list. Please don't get me wrong but is there a reason why this is not?
Thanks for this confirmation. It's not really stated unless someone asks. Because sometimes, the videos downloaded would pile up over time if left unattended.
I don't think that this is available until today. I still yet to see this for my self. Maybe in the future versions though.
I have experienced this once. It turned out to be just a problem with the disc itself.
