Remote not finding PC

Hello

I am running powerdvd12 on my win7/64 pc, on a same local subnet as my iphone (ios7), and the remote app can't find the PC while powerdvd is running.

What I've done so far :
- check that all processes are running
- disable windows firewall
- try again and again

Can't get it working !

Few things.

1. Try disabling a third party firewall like norton.
2. What app are you using?
3. Build number that you currently have installed?

Hello

1-no other firewall on the machine
2-the app is powerdvd remote free
3-I am using powerdvd12 ultimate, latest build afaik (12.0.3519.5

I guess you were saying PowerDVD 12 Ultra, correct? There's no PowerDVD 12 Ultimate version.

Did you make sure both your phone and your PC are connected in the same Wi-Fi network?
