Here is your video processed with MP4 files. In comparing your video with the Cyberlink rendered video, I see it about the same if you put them side by side to play.

Here is your video produced H.264 with Cyberlink, There is some degradation but I think from experience that in the Youtube processing you lose some quality. Vimeo seems better in their processing but you will be limited th 720P.

I did a test comparing the original video shot by the same camera, Samsung HMX-H100 produced with Cyberlink Power Director 9.
I produced the video as a MP4 and compared it to the original without any rendering and I really did not see any degradation in quality in the two videos.

I posted it on Youtube just now to see what the video looked like. Watch the video in HD and see what you think. I have made several videos and posted them using this camera and was pleasantly surprised. I have a Canon which is more expensive but I don't see a appreciable difference. It is a little shaky, but I kept being bumped.
See the video here.

I tried unchecking auto sign in and thought that worked, but it didn't. Sorry,

Make sure you download both parts, Program & Contents

And use the cleaner found on this forum to clean the registry and all of the prior PD content.

I ordered these for PD9 and Photoshop for another keyboard. Looks pretty good.
"I think the motto is to keep all your original installation files safe and roll back if necessary."

Good advise, Thanks.
So, what should one do about patches. From the first patch to the latest, I seemed to get the impression that one should only install the latest patch and you were good to go. Not installing the patches in sequential order was not necessary i.e. the latest patch included all of the previous patches.
Does anyone have a definitive answer about installing or not installing patches.
Right now I have no patches installed. My program seems to be working OK for now wothout any patches. Everytime I install the patches I seem to have problems.
"Alas, where is one to go from here"
Jerry got it right. PNG will do everything that JPG will not do, including transparancy. In photo editing to do cutouts and etc, PNG is the only way to go.
I had the same problem with the registration key when I uninstalled and reinstalled.
What I did wrong is I installed the program, content and the 2930 patch and then opened the program and put in the registration key and it said it was incorrect.
I then rolled back my Windows to before I installed the Cyberlinlk and then installed the Program PD9 only and put the registration key in and it worked.
If you did it the same way as I did i.e. did the installation of PD9, Content and 2930 update with entering the registration, that might be the problem.
See this thread.

Thanks for the info. I uninstalled the program including Wave and Smart and I always delete any items in the registry pertaining to the prorgams manually. This is with any program. If I install and later do a Windows uninstall I like to keep the registry clean also.
When I installed Cyberlink again, I made the mistake of not entering the registration number after I installed the program only.
In the interest of time I decided to install Cyberlink PD9, the Content CD, and the 2930 update all in one install before I entered the registration number. I don't know why it wouldn't work this way but apparantly it doesn't.
I do a lot of instructional videos using screen capture and don't have the need for SmartSound. I use sound backgrounds from another source.
Thanks for the interest.
And while I am on a rant, I hate it when you install the initial program PD9 it gives you an option of installing Smartsound, which I don't want. Then you install the content program and it installs Smart Sound with an option to not install it. Does that make any sense to anyone?
OK, I rolled back my system to before I installed Cyberlink PD9. Then installed just the program, no content or update and the number worked.
The first time I installed the program, content and update 2930 before I attempted to open the program and insert the activation key. Maybe this is a bug.
I have never had a program that required so much maintenance as the Power Director PD9. The earlier programs i.e. PD7 & 8 worked straight out of the box.
My program has started crashing again so I uninstalled the program and cleaned and reinstalled the program, content, and 2930 update. I did this before opening and putting in my installation key,
Now it says the installation key is not correct. I did it several times and copied and pasted the number with no sucess.
Does anyone have any advise. I am so tired of this program. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated several times since purchasing.
Now I can't even open the program because it says my installation key is incorrect.
Make sure you have the latest Apple software installed i.e. Quicktime. It's free from Apple.
Nina,
If you are familiar with going into the bios of your Asus P6X58D then I would go into the bios.
Go to the advanced menu\
CPU configuration\
Asus core unlocker\ make sure this is enabled\ by default comes disabled.
"Enables the ASUS Core Unlocker to get the full computing power of the processor" Asus quote.
This is on my motherboard so yours might be a little different.

Also check and make sure the active processor cores are enabled. All should be enabled.

On my CPU monitor all 4 of my cores are processing information at the same time.
Nina,

I am wondering what motherboard you are using in your system. Some of the motherboards require the cores to be activated in order for all of the cores to be utilized. I don't think it is normal for 100% usage on one core and no activity on the other cores.
I am using a Asus motherboard using a 4 core AMD processor I see the that "all cores are activated" in the boot up menu.
I see that all of my cores are being used by monitoring the CPU usage.[/b]
Sorry Bubba, I get confused at times.
I was not suggesting that everyone needs to un-install PD9 to install 2930 patch.
After I installed the patch I could not produce a file without it hanging up in the middle of the production.
I had to do the un-install to get my program to work.
If your program is working, then fine you are the lucky one, but if you are one of the unlucky ones then maybe you need to try other things.
I certainly hate having to un-install and re-install this program to get it to work. It is now working great after I did the complete un-install and re-install. I had no choice as my program did not work!!!
There have been some problems with importing to other programs with this camera. Read this article.
