I agree with Highwinder...not truly motion tracking. I have used key frames but it is a real pain.
Barry I just tried it and mine doesn't default to 3D either.
I have lots of effects applied through out the clips on this project...color correction, stabilization...speeded up video...these affects are not causing an issue for me.
Anyone?
This happens in version 12.0.3403.0 and 13.0.2307.0 and I can repeat it everytime. Just like the subject line says plus the video engine shows 0 with the above parameters. If I remove the crossfade playback is fine and the video engine runs around 70%. Any idea of what is going on?

A couple of more bits of info.....

Happens regardless of preview quality chosen
Happens regardless what drive I am using...
I have had this going on for awhile now but had hopes that 13 would eliminate the problem.

I think the key here is the video engine is not being used when I use the crossfade...but why?
Just realized I had to go to the Redeem the coupon first.....DUH
Hey gang...I have a support ticket in for Cyberlink on this also but thought I would find out if anyone else has this issue.

As the title says I paid for my upgrade today and tried to back up a project to the cloud and got the message my subscription had expired.

I did download the PowerDirector 13 trial several months ago and then uninstalled it. Hoping they can get this addressed easily.
Welcome back!
Just finished another version.

I take it your happy... ..so am I.
Just did the update so disregard my previous post...
Performance of PIP has greatly improved for me..I have to say I see no noticeable lag in any of it now..opens quickly...closes and reopens fine...all effects seem to respond immediately..

I am running win 8.1 with the NVIDIA 760M card and the latest updated video driver.
Is this for 12 or 11? Pablo is on 11 isn't he?
Weird...I have the 760m card and my 5 minute mp4 produced ok....
I installed it yesterday and it seems fine so far.
Neil,
Thanks for the kind words. This one is a Delton and I have modified it somewhat with a different trigger, hand guard and butt stock. This time I was calling coyotes that are hanging out to close to my home.

Bob
HAHA...it doesn't and use mouth calls also..just didn't in this vid. This spot is located about 80 yards from my home and and over the last 2 years it has produced 3 coyotes. I am trying to thin the ones that are coming to the home and harassing my cat...
HAHA...I wondered...and thanks. I am using a GOPro Silver and leave it on the whole time..then use scene detect to find the action.

The GoPro is mounted on a headstrap which works pretty well. I also use my Note3 camera and a Cannon HF M500 when I am not in the boat.

I also lowered the volume so the music didn't have to be to loud. I am lousy at picking out music....I am going to redo that one once I find some better music to put in the back ground.

Here is one that I used as a test of the MultiCam...no action and pretty boring to watch but I learned how to use the MultiCam feature doing it.
