Hey gang...I have a support ticket in for Cyberlink on this also but thought I would find out if anyone else has this issue.

As the title says I paid for my upgrade today and tried to back up a project to the cloud and got the message my subscription had expired.

I did download the PowerDirector 13 trial several months ago and then uninstalled it. Hoping they can get this addressed easily.

Just realized I had to go to the Redeem the coupon first.....DUH PD user since 10...now on Director Suite 3
