Thank you. I'll give a try.
Here is my dxdiag file. Thanks.
borgus1 - thanks for your reply but I fail to see the relevance of the specs of the machine used to produce the videos. The sync issue manifests itself on 4 different devices I use, and my customers also comment that they experience the same issue on their devices. My cache and cookies have been cleared numerous times. The videos I produce have been "split" from the source video. HOWEVER!... the video and audio tracks have NEVER been unlinked..... which begs the question: why is the video and audio out of sync in the final produced video? I've tried just about every combination I could think of regarding video and audio settings and file formats - to no avail.

I have a simple fade transition applied to the beginning and ending. My connection speed is 30+ MBPS. I have tried the recommended settings on the Vimeo support page and have even viewed the PD video tutorial on the Vimeo support page (which by the way is terribly out of date. PowerDirector 9?? It appears to pre-date HD).

This is very frustrating. I have seen other comments on this forum about this same issue.

Let me add.... I've tried every conceivable combination of file formats , video settings and audio settings with no luck. The ONLY thing that works is when I unlink the video from the audio and advance the video 3 frames. Frustrating!

Tried on 4 different devices - both WIN7 and iOS. All the latest version. Brand new iPad and iPhone. ***Cache and cookies were cleared a number of times** Vimeo web page AND Vimeo app - same results - Chrome, Firefox and IE - same results.
I continue to experience pronounced video/audio sync issues. The video track lags behind the audio. It's noticeable and annoying. My preferred format is MP4 and I host my videos on Vimeo.com. Hoping someone could suggest the right combination of settings that would eliminate this very frustrating problem.

**The Video and Audio tracks have never been unlinked or separated, nor do I feel I should have to to render acceptable videos. Past attempts are VERY time consuming and it's simply too much trial and error.
It ultimately required advancing the video portion 5 Frames ahead of the audio. This is an extremely tedious and time consuming method of producing a usable video, as it took me 3 tries to get it right. ***The PD preview is deceptive*** because it leads you to believe that the final version will be fine. In reality, you have to produce the video, inspect it and go back to the editor and adjust it using trial and error until the final version is usable for the viewer. Frustrating to say the least....
Also, it should be noted that the video and audio tracks were never unlinked...
I'm producing a video using MP4 + Default 1280x720 (30fps). In PD preview, it syncs fine. However, the finished MP4 is about 3 to 4 frames out of sync (video trails the sound). How do I fix this?? This is the 4th time this week it happens - all different content.
Anybody??
Can't seem to find how this is done anywhere. Currently, the slideshows are too long. Slide transitions are also taking too long. I prefer 30 second pieces...

Thanks in advance...
Thanks, 1Nina.... but I'm just not in to ping pong balls.

The spinning effect needs to be applied to a logo with a transparent background - independent of any other graphical shapes (a globe in this case).

Please look at the sample YouTube I provided earlier: http://youtu.be/FZxAUtXeuRw
Hello all... how do I do this in PD11??

The title of the YouTube refers to it as "Rotating". I prefer to call it "Spinning" on a vertical axis.

Thanks in advance...
