Looking through your DX file, are there two video cards in your system? Anyway the drivers are from 04/20/2011 possibly could use an update.
Your C: drive has only 48GB free, I believe somewhere I read minimum of 100GB free for producing.
Is all your work being done on the C drive?
There are numerous USB drives plugged into your system, could be fast or slower than C. Also can go to sleep if not polled often enough.
Any anti-virus or malware software running on your system in the background scanning processes and file access?
Screenshot your desktop, interested in seeing what's running by the clock.
Even though you have 2 cores and 8GB ram, background processes can easily kill your system.
And find a program called media info from mediaarea.net and on use it on your original file, export text file and upload to this thread as you did with the DXdiag so we can see what format your camera is using, maybe it is something in a setting with it.
