How do you increase/decrease speed of "Motion" effects?

Apply the (Title Designer) motion effect. Then select the clip and click POWER TOOLS|SPEED. Set the slider. Worked well here.

Hi oldscout -

Are you talking about motion effects in Title Designer, PiP Designer, Magic Motion, Video Crop??? or something else?

Whatever the case, the speed of motion is controlled by two things:
1. the overall duration of the "thing", and
2. how the keyframes are set

Keyframes: Closer = faster. Further apart = slower.
