Why can't PowerDVD 15 play HEVC 4K 10-bit with DXVA2?

Nvidia GTX 960 fully supports it undecided
Nvidia GTX 960 fully support HEVC 8/10bit too.
Any chance to get HEVC work on Nvidia GTX 750Ti?

PotPlayer/LAV Filters can play it with Intel Haswell or new Nvidia graphic cards.
Why can't PowerDVD 14 play HEVC with DXVA?
I just tried to play a 4K HEVC but it's not optimized well in PowerDVD 14
I tried LAV Filters and it's quite better and use 99% of CPU
But in the Nvidia Control Panel, it reports: With the video player settings

I have no problem with the other video players.
PowerDVD 14 uses Limited (16-235) Dynamic range as default for the color setting while it should be Full (0-255)
Please fix it!
Even Power2Go 9 isn't stable yet, used to crash easily.
I installed Power2Go 9 on Windows XP SP3, 1280x720 120DPI but I get this error if I open it:

CyberLink Power2Go does not support the current screen resolution and DPI

Any solution?
So are you using PDVD as plugin in XBMC? If yes, try to play only with PowerDVD program.
Also check the idle CPU usage and it shouldn't spike more than 3-5%
I have noticed that PowerDVD disables the GUI effect like fullscreen on/off by pressing "Z" while watching bluray folder to reduce the GPU load.
I would like to see this feature all the time because it's very useful for low-end graphic cards.
Please add a checkbox to enable or disable it.
It only transfers under 1KB for me with this IP: 203.73.25.241
What exactly did you do during the test?

I think iOS/Android have the worst privacy
The recent graphic cards are fast enough to handle that feature!
Please add a checkbox to enable/disable it exactly like Windows Aero, very annoying
How to remove the "Media Library" and the whole panel?

And I would like to see this instead of "BD/DVD Movie" section like the older versions too:

Any idea?
I'm not using another product and just found the solution by google so don't get mad.
Many people may have this problem too. Glad I could solve it.
Oh, just solved the issue after I created only these 4 folders:
AUXDATA,BDJO,JAR,META

But I had no problem before, strange. Thanks anyway
After upgrading from Intel to AMD 7750 graphic card, PowerDVD13 doesn't play the Bluray folder and it just shows a black screen.
Please fix it
Please add "Smart Stretch" feature while Hardware Decoding is on.
I'm quite sure it's easily possible. I can use Zoom feature but it's very limited and can restore easily.
If you don't add it, it's useless to play 4:3 videos with PowerDVD!
Wow, it's solved in v13
Finally someone listened to me, Thank you
