We really appreciate your effort to liaise with the Cyberlink. But I am wondering why can't they present here in this forum to answer their customers' concern? Are they just to collect the money for their software, and can't be here to support their users! The support ticket doesn't answer into the issue as well. Bad!

It is very interesting, I never thought of using the Device. I did test with your suggestion and uploaded to YouTube. Wow... the compression is even better than the HEVC. Thanks a lot, I think I will stick to this ever now.

Where do I suppose to find the proDAD Effects? As we can see in the screenshot of the attachment, I can see only one effect with proDAD Effects, but suppose to be over 300 effects.
I can't find any manual too.

What would be the best format to upload to YouTube? I try the H.265 with MP4 (.mp4) as it look smaller file size.
But when I upload to YouTube, I receive this error message "The video has failed to process. Please make sure you are uploading a supported file type."

and you had
"CyberLinkDirectorSuite3.0_xxxxxxx.partxx"
Don't know how could that happen. I hope mine is the real Director Suite 3, but not Director Suite 2 :

1) The download description said this "After downloading all "CyberLinkDirectorSuite2.0_xxxxxxx.partxx files", please save them all (CyberLinkDirectorSuite2.0_xxxxxxx.partxx)"
Since it is Director Suite 3, I think it should started with 3 as "CyberLinkDirectorSuite3.0" instead of CyberLinkDirectorSuite2.0
2) Should correct "PhotoDirector" here as it is written as "Watch PhotorDirector FREE Video Tutorials"
3) I think the description 20GB/ 1yr "per year" is somehow misleading. It should just said "20 GB for 1 year only". Sometimes it looks like customer will has 20GB every year.
4) After redemption of CyberLink Cloud storage, there is no login link at all. I guess it should place http://cloud.cyberlink.com/ somewhere on that page, so that the customer will be able to login easily. First time, I have no idea where to login.

Thanks for your reply. Normally, I use music piece from YouTube Audio Library. I just want to make sure that the effect, and audio from PowerDirector are non-copyrighted.
