Fade in and out with white

Hi...

I can do fade in and out with black using the Fade from Transition Room. But how can I do "fade in and out with white"?

I would place a white colour board on Track 1, from under the "All Media" button for the entire duration of your video. Then place your photos/videos on Track 2 or below (the lower tracks have priority over the tracks higher on the timeline). Place your fade transitions on your photos and/or videos and the fade should be to white.
