All these titles can be altered, as is the one you posted.
Download, install with double-click, and then locate in the title room.
Drag your chosen title into a timeline, and make the changes you need. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

Hello there,
It is unfortunately not possible to change the text of the animation:

Yes, that's true. Would be very great if the "Breaking News & CyberLink" text can be editable.

Hi zomidaily -

As Papido france observed, the words "CyberLink" and "BREAKING NEWS" are part of the animation, so they cannot be edited in Title Designer.

All animation files are editable - but not via PD's usual processes.

If you go to C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDirector12\Titles\Title_024 you'll see 150 .png files that make up the animation. They're called "News01 _00xxx.png".

All you need to do is make the same modification to each image!

The people in the art department at CL worked hard, I'm sure, to create those images & I'm not trying to plagiarise their work. I'm just saying "It's possible".

Yep, the "CyberLink" handle really does spoil a useful template. The workaround offered is the only one that'll work. I did complain many "moons" ago about the spoiling nature of inserting uneditable advertising text into a template, making the use of it very "unprofessional" and unacceptable to editors. CyberLink did nothing to change the situation and this is the first complaint posted on the forum regarding the template .

He(It) would be good for the not English speakers to be able to publish(edit): "Breaking News" Win7 64bits Pro OEM - i7-3820 3.6 GHz - GeForce GTX 660

A very valid point, one that will be passed on to CyberLink.

OOPS! Good grief, I hate being incorrect. I just ass-umed that only a ninny would put an uneditable CYBERLINK logo in a public template, and I fell for it.
Another way to "fix" it is to cover the logo with an image, but since the Title Designer does not appear to allow re-sizing for aspect ratio, you must create the proper image to do the covering, then you can place your own text over it, if you wish. I really wish the CyberLink developer take action on this. There is a valid reason to make the "Breaking News" and "CyberLink" text editable.

I guess you can swim against the tide or make your own tide!

Zomidaily - if you're not up to generating your own animation or modifying others, & you don't necessarily want all the razzamattaz, you could use a more basic option.

In the templates below, I used only one image from the animation sequence (with CYBERLINK & BREAKING NEWS taken out). In the title templates, the text is exactly the same as News 1 & 2. The title bar just fades in.

Titles
http://directorzone.cyberlink.com/detail/131985925 (variant of News 1)
http://directorzone.cyberlink.com/detail/131985926 (variant of News 2)

Lower Third Sliders (PiP)
http://directorzone.cyberlink.com/detail/131985927 (from News 1)
http://directorzone.cyberlink.com/detail/131985928 (from News 2)

Cheers - Tony

Hi.

What I can't understand about this one is that the main tickertape feed that scrolls across the screen goes from left to right, which is hard to read. What makes it scroll? How do I reverse the direction? Any help appreciated as I have spent hours trying to understand this program and am about to give up.
