Well, I just installed this patch and PD13 still has instability issues. Multicam Designer crashed my computer twice in succession so bad, even the reset button didn't work. I had to physically power off the computer to get it back.
Cyberlink, if you're listening: In future if you want me to Beta test your software, you can give it to me for free or pay me by the hour. I'm going back to PD12 and when PD14 comes out, I won't be rushing forward to buy it. Scott Hendry

We really appreciate your effort to liaise with the Cyberlink. But I am wondering why can't they present here in this forum to answer their customers' concern? Are they just to collect the money for their software, and can't be here to support their users! The support ticket doesn't answer into the issue as well. Bad!

Not really anything to do with the thread's topic. I don't speak for CyberLink. Some CyberLink, Taiwan based staff do answer here from time to time and monitor specific threads.
The online support ticket is an option and works for many. Posting on the forum an issue is ok if you are prepared to wait for a member (fellow editor) to assist you.
