Quote: I had the same problem at first. After expanding the time line then I could see the gaps because we are used to the new item just snapping against the last item in the line.

If you right click in the gap you will get a pop up edit window... See attached.

Thanks Bubba
Thanks: That should work, I found that if I drag/ load the clips and enter them into the bottom from the left, no blanks, didn't seem to matter in PD8
how do I get rid of them?
I have been playing around with this, took some video of items I may sell where condition is paramount, posted the vids to youtube and they look great, is there a way to use Cyberlink products for a selling tool on online auction sites?

may be a great sales opportunity!!!!!

Here is a rather clumsey vid of what I am talking about, would give the prospective buyer a "hands on look of the items"

Quote: Hi there -

The standard menus for PD are kept at C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberLink\PowerDirector\Menus.

Customised/Downloaded menus are kept at C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\CyberLink\Custom Menus - stored in subfolders.

All you need to do is copy the files to a flash drive & transfer them to you new PC.

Custom PiP Objects, Titles & motion paths are kept at C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\CyberLink\PowerDirector\8.0 (in case you need that too).

Cheers - Tony

Quote: Dickflyfisherman,

I am pretty sure I got that camera for just under $500.00 Canadian at FutureShop.

There are many brands and models to choose from. Check out this thread and you will see the range of cameras that are available and in use. I am sure there are cameras in all price ranges.

Hal
