What can it do if I am not now concerned about HD videos, I do have a Win 7 64 bit comp.

Hi,

Please explore the trial version to assess the software yourself. There are also tutorial videos which are accessed from within PD9.

PS. You should be concerned about HD as a video editor. The crisp, sharp quality available in the HD format greatly exceeds the once leading edge stuff you are using. Even if I zoom in to a quarter of my frame size using a digital zoom, my video quality is still better than SD. Time to move on. Even the cheapest HD is better than my semi-pro SD camera.

so I will be in the hunt for a good HD camera, may get PD 9 while I am hunting
