Thank you all guys for the links.
almost 80% of my videos i have were recorded here in Japan.
temples, nature, rivers at all.
Wind is the real problem in my scenes, so i want to swap them.
My camera has an upside mic HDC-HS300 even breath affects the result video.
thanks
Do you have any other video software installed?
sometimes shared files cause problems.
i experienced that wit PD8 and Adobe Premiere Elements (terrible software by the way).
Gotcha!
using media player classic it says in properties that my file has 18mbps
camera manual says 17mbps in HA mode
but PD8 says 12.18 mbps when i click with the right button over the file
assuming PD8 was right i lower down my bitrate from the default
15500000 to 12000000 resulting in a very good size
420 original 421 after edit
the resolution is the same 1920x1080
video bitrate from 17mbps to 15.5 mbps
audio bitrate didnt mess with it i used the default.
lenght of the video smaller 15 secs due to the fade.
how can the default settings produce a larger file?
what should i do mess with the bitrate?
Me every day!
two tips
update it to 2704
second disable the autosave option in edit/preferences/editing
autosave project
it becomes more estable disabling this
don't know why but i found that in another forum
and the last
pray every night before go to bed to the developers fix all the problems soon.
PD8 is good
i tryed all other softwares but PD8 has some good features like auto fade all clips
GPU at all
suport for .SRT subtitle files (Not Italic or Bold support yet) you must edit it first but thats is another problem
OK?
My project have:
3 files in AVCD (m2ts)
17 mbps bitrate each
recorded with a Panasonic HDC-HS300 in HA Mode the highest quality.
total size of the files 420 MB
When i render to AVC h.264 with Power Director 8 using the default profile of 1920x1080 (not the 24mb) my final file became larger 540 MB
i just add a fade between the videos.
is that alright?
i saw the details tab to see the bitrate PD8 uses its 15500
Hi guys
I moved my videos from one folder to another yesterday in order to organize my PC.
After that a openned an project that uses some videos i moved on.
OK my Bad!
I tought i lost the entire Job but PD8 ask me the location for the missing file.
After Inform my timeline became as you see in my picture avatar!
Conclusion
The Good - i burned 1 copy before mess with the folders so i can burn copies from my first DVD.
The Strange - Why this Macho Man icon and the male number?
Hi guys
First of all thanks to all people of the forum!
well
Does anybody know a way to loop 1 song in the timeline?
I dont wanna put lots of mp3s in the timeline due to DVD space.
I really need a simple background loop for a Baby DVD.
Any idea?
Thanks
Quote:Hey
I had the same lag here on my dvd.
I fixed it burning the final DVD using the slowest speed possible!
1x or 2x.
Burning in 8x causes lags thrust me!
But that doesn't make sense?!? i mean i burn at 8X and normally have 0 problems with burning movies? but hey i will of course try it out to see if it makes a difference
By the way.. Is it a AVCHD dvd you are burning or a normal DVD?
A normal DVD i reencoded my avchd files from Panasonic hdc-Hs300.
In the past i backup a lot of DVDs here some of them lags with 8x
Someone told me this tip to burn at 2x.
I didn't believe it either but its true.
the laser calibration looks better with 2x than 8x.
I made 2 discs here
the one i burned with 8x lags
the 2x Not.
