Has anyone else had the issue where the audio in not syncing with the video. I currently have about a 1/2 second delay between the two where the audio is ahead of the video.
What I was able to figure out was the following. I had installed with the ASUS card the ASUS video gaming software. This somehow adjusts the performance of the card based on what the card needed to do. (The icon in the toolbar looked like a little alien head.) This was causing some information in the Direct X to change after starting to run PowerDVD and caused the error. I eventually uninstalled everything ASUS related to the video card and just installed the basic driver. Never had a issue since. I am sorry I can not remember the specific name of the ASUS software causing the issue.
I think I have it working better. The color profile under settings was set to Vivid. When I changed it back to normal, the colors are more like they are suppose to be. I just thought is was odd that blu-rays played fine with these settings, but DVD's were off in color.
Does anyone else have the issue of blu-rays playing fine, but dvd's play with off colors (too red or too blue)? If yes, how would you fix it? I do not go in and change the settings, only swap out the disks.
Has anyone had the following issue.

Start the computer.
Start PowerDVD 11
Check the region code (It is set to (4) times and (A))
Hit play on the Blu-ray movie (Iron Man)
Movie does not play, but the region codes now say (0) times and Blank.

Reload the video driver (Using ATI on a HD 4800 card)
The movie will play fine.

Just as another test, I still have powerDVD8 on the same machine. The movie plays fine.

Currently trying to get support under ticket CS001061411. Have had this issues since 9/24.

Screen shots are attached.

Thoughts?

I thought this was related to avast, but I uninstalled everything and started from scratch. When I start the poweredvd software everything looks fine. But, after I hit play, the screens goes gray and nothing happens. The only item I noticed changed is the the region code. Before I hit play it is (4) changes and A.. After it is (0) and nothing.

Software has all current updated and test Blu-ray is Thor.

My computer is currently unable to play any Blu-ray movies after updating from 9 to 11. In looking at the issue board, I believe my issue may be related to item 20. Would you be able to describe what the symptoms are for issue 20 and how to fix. (reinstall, clean, etc.)
