Has anyone else had the issue where the audio in not syncing with the video. I currently have about a 1/2 second delay between the two where the audio is ahead of the video.

Are you having issues with PowerDVD 17; the player?

It could be your computer. Please provide the Windows dxdiag.exe text file for your computer. The text file; not the line by line read out. The only persoanl information is what you have named your computer.

It could be your set up. What are you using to play the disc(?). There is always a slight delay that is usually taken care of in the controls for your DVD player, or your audio output. A 1/2 second delay would be much more than expected. What else do you have going on during this time? .

Hi ,

I'm new to the forum and recently purchased PowerDVD 17 Ultra.

I'm having the Issue of Audio not syncing with the Video when I play Blu-Ray discs ONLY. My video files are fine.

I use a HTPC which I recently built. Details are:

MSI B250M Pro-VH (Motherboard)

Intel Core i3 7100 (HD630 graphics)

LG Blu Ray burner (Model BH10LS30). 8 Years old but still works well.

64 bit Windows 10

Full HD Plasma TV

My HTPC is connected to my Marantz SR6012 Receiver.

I purchased this software in the hope that it would play my Blu Ray discs. I've tried changing many of the settings and spent countless hours doing so but without success.

I'm thinking it could be a setting in the PC itself. I did update the graphics driver. Like I said I can play my other media files fine without any issues in DTSHDMA, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos and DTSX. I use KODI for these files I just want to play my Blu rays on my HTPC too.

Can anyone offer any advice ?
