In my first project so far, the created video has a couple of sections where the video portion turned out to be just a green screen. Can anyone tell me why this happens and what I can do to prevent it?
I installed PD12 last night. My main reason for upgrading was to have the MultiCam feature.
I made a project last night using three camera tracks. Thanks to some YT tutorials I quickly was able to use the feature. However I have an issue that I need to get more info about.
In the MultiCam editor, I see how I can select only one audio track (Camera 1, Camera 2, etc) as a 'master' for audio analysis for synchro. Then I 'record' my clips and click 'OK' and it creates a video and inserts it into the main timeline.
But it only has one audio track. How do I alternate the audio tracks? I expected that when I was selecting clips during the Record process that it would not only select the video, but would also select the associated audio track. It did not do this.
Is there a function, toggle, switch, etc that I need to enable to do this?
I first tried to re-link the audio and video tracks to see if that would do anything. I cannot, it will not allow it.
I then decided to remove the third audio track, and then third video track. Suddenly one of the small windows changed to the master track! So I enlarged it some and then using the back arrow re-added the third video track. This worked. However, when I tried to re-add the third audio track it went black again.
Yeah, I thought it had way more tracks but was unsure about whether PiP was enabled in more than one since this is the first time I have tried more than one and it does not work.
Thanks fella's, I will go back and re-open the project and hopefully the bug-a-boo id gone.
I have made videos before with one PIP in it. That would be two tracks on the timeline.
I am currently working a project that has three tracks in the timeline. I have unlinked the audio tracks from the video tracks. I can shrink two of the tracks, but the main window or track, is all black. But I am still getting the audio from that blacked out video track.
Is this something that is not supported in PD11? Am I limited to only one PIP?
I purchased a Diamond VC500 converter a few weeks ago. After several attempts to get a decent capture I determined that it was a lousy piece of equipment and returned it for a refund.
I wanted to play a Blu Ray disc I produced with Power Producer. I got a dialog box when Power DVD 9 opened telling me I needed to download and install a patch. I downloaded it, and when I tried to install it I got an error dialog box that says "Can't Load DKL.dll" and when I click OK the install aborts.
So, since my LG Blu Ray burner/player came with Cyberlink software it is impossible to watch a Blu Ray disc now.
