I think that is because your player not welling to play burned disc. Only you can do is try to use another disc for burn again or lower down burning speed.

It is because driver have compatible issue, you may try to use another CD-R it should be work. If not help, you may contact to vandor and send it to vandor for fix it.

Sony sent back me a brand new drive. I had tried it again with Sony BD-R DL. Guess what? I can burnt it without any problem!!!
This problem also happen from me.
I have a Sony BWU-100A, tried to burnt a Sony BD-R DL disc and got a same error message.

Cyberlink replied me them have investigate the problem was cause by BD dirve can not burnt BD-R DL disc. So I will send back drive to vendor for further.
For the memory can not be "read" or "written" issue, please try to do by follwing steps:

1. Delete the all *.pf files under the "C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch"

2. Adjust the size of "Virtual Member", please go though the steps:
(1). Control Pannel->System
(2). Click on "Advanced" tab
(3). Click on "Setting" in the "Performance"
(4). Click on "Advanced" tab
(5). Click on "Change" and adjust the memory size more higher

3. Update your Anti-Virus software and do a full scan.

4. Refresh the registry for all the *.dll file (advence user recommended):
(1). Start->Run
(2). Type in "cmd" then press "Enter"
(3). Type in "for % 1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1"
It will be take few more minutes for doing refresh, we also recommended you find a exprienced person to help you do this step.

1. Operation steps?

2. What kind of task you used? (Data Disc? Music Disc? Video Disc?)

3. Disc drive information (Driver and Firmware info)
(1) Launch the P2Go
(2) Click on "Configuration"
(3) Take a snapshot for this dialog *note

4. DxDiag.txt
(1) Start-> Run
(2) Key in "dxdiag" then press "Enter" to launch the "Direct Diagnostic Tool"
(3) Wait for a miuntes, click on "Save All Information"
(4) Click on "Save" for save as a DxDiag.txt
Please upload your DxDiag.txt file.

Note:
1. Click the "Printscreen/ Prt Scr" on your keyboard
2. Launch painter, Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Paint
3. Paste the screen capture there by pressing Ctrl+V
4. Save as ".jpg" file
Please click the "Attach File" for upload your file.
The PowerDirector NE bundle with JVC HD 7 is a Vista compatible product. Because the TOD file is a high definition video clip. So the file will be cover into mpeg2 when you import the TOD file. It will need some time for coverting the file.

When the process goes to 100%, it doesn't mean that PowerDirector will finish the task immdiately. So I will suggest you please give your PC more time to do it's job.

You may try to import shortly video clip (3-10 minutes) see what it happen.

Before that please check out you graphic card's brand name and model and then go to vendor's website for download and install the latest driver.

I think the problem is cause by you don't have mpeg decorder for Media Player. You may need to use the PowerDVD to play your video clip.

The problem cause by the source file is not exist in original folder or have been moved to some where out.

Please move or copy the source to the original folder, the problem will be solve.
